    2. Authorization & Consent

    We leverage Epic Account Services to manage user authentication and consent:

    • Unverified applications are restricted to internal testing. External users will see a warning and be denied access.
    • Verified applications go through a Brand Application Review to ensure safety and legitimacy.

    You can review permissions at any time and revoke them from within your Epic Games account settings.

    3. Verifiable Parental Consent

    If a user is under the age of 13 or their country's legal age of digital consent:

    • We require the email address of a parent or guardian.
    • Epic Games will request and manage parental consent via email.
    • Without verified parental consent, minors will not be able to access Last Salvation or create an Epic Games account within the game.

    4. Blockchain Transparency

    Because Last Salvation incorporates blockchain:

    • Wallet addresses and in-game transactions are publicly visible on-chain.
    • Asset ownership is tied to wallets, not user identities—no sensitive personal information is stored on-chain.
    • Smart contracts and NFTs operate under Web3 transparency principles, though access to gameplay features may still require login via EOS or other centralized platforms.

    5. Account Deletion & Data Erasure

    Players may request full deletion of their account and associated data at any time by:

    • Submitting a request via in-game support or directly to Epic Games.
    • Upon confirmation, we will permanently erase your account data, including from backup systems, as required under data protection laws.

    6. Data Access & Updates

    Whenever our application introduces new data access requirements (e.g., new features or gameplay mechanics), you will be notified and prompted to give fresh consent.

    • You may deny or revoke access without affecting your existing permissions.
    • We encourage users to grant only the permissions necessary for gameplay.

    We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and Epic's robust infrastructure to protect your data.

    • Sensitive information is stored off-chain and encrypted.
